		<description>I do both.  Luckily my kids will eat just about anything, and the sneaking of vegetables is mainly for me!  I&#039;m slowly getting to the point where I think &quot;If my kids can eat it, obviously so can I&quot;, but seafood will never enter my mouth.  
I keep apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, etc out on the kitchen table and veggies are starting to become a regular staple item in most of our meals.  I find that not giving an option works best, you eat what I give you and if you choose not to eat, then you wait til your next meal.  Cruel?!
