Complete our nutrition assessment via email, and the dietitian will send you her analysis and recommendations to improve your nutritional intake. Questions can be answered by email or phone, following your analysis.
*Insurance coverage: Most health benefits plans will now reimburse you for nutrition counseling. Ask your insurance company if you have coverage for Registered Dietitians. Contact us if you do not, and we will write a letter to your benefits company to try to get coverage for dietitians!
